Meet the Team.
We have assembled a interdisciplinary team highly qualified to confront the mounting drug epidemic and help transform clinical care for people who struggle to reduce their alcohol, marijuana, and other substance use. With some of the leading scientists and clinicians, we are uniquely qualified to advance and translate science into clinical applications that improve patient care.
Our faculty are available to journalists and members of the media who seek information or commentary on issues related to alcohol, marijuana, and other drug use and related disorders and teen health more broadly.
-
Faculty affiliated with the Vista Clinical Research Group — including scientists from Brown University, Bradley Hospital, Lifespan Health System, and beyond — share a passion for advancing knowledge and clinical care for people who struggle with addiction. Our unique partnership transcends traditional institutional boundaries and brings together some of the top scientists and clinical specialists across disciplines to collaborate on cutting-edge research.
-
Clinical residents are supported through the Brown University Clinical Psychology Internship Training Program.
Postdoctoral fellows are supported by the National Institutes of Health through a variety of funding mechanisms, including research grants and Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Awards.
-
Our highly trained and experienced research staff are experts in clinical research management and execution.
Our research team consists of experts in protocol development, participant recruitment and retention, research coordination, data management, and regulatory management. All staff members bring considerable expertise conducting clinical trials of novel interventions, especially medications.
